This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is made at Vadodara on this 1st day of July, 2008 by and between:-
OFFICE BEACON A.S. PVT. LTD., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 6th floor, Lalita Towers, B/h., Railway Station, Alkapuri, Vadodara (Gujarat), hereinafter called as ‘OBASPL’ (which expression shall unless repugnant to the contest or meaning thereof be deemed to include its legal representatives, agents, executors and assignees) represented through its Authorized Representative, Mr. Prakash B. shah, Director of the FIRST PART;

AND

ITI, a Technical Training Institute, affiliated with Director General of Training Govt. of India, having its training institute at Tarsali, Vadodara (Gujarat), hereinafter referred as ‘INSTITUTE’ (which expression shall unless repugnant to the contest of means and includes its successor, representatives, agents, administrators and assignees) represented through its Authorized Representative, Mr. Pankajbhai Amratlal Mistry(Principal) of the OTHER PART; OBASPL is engaged in the business of Graphic Design and Data Entry in India. The INSTITUTE is imparting technical education to its students in the field of Graphics and Data Entry. Both the parties have discussed in details and mutually agreed to make this Memorandum of Understanding. Now this memorandum of understandin witness and it is hereby agreed by and between the parties.
